Cross Stitch Gallery

This page is a work in progress so stay tuned for updates and more photos!   There’s always more coming! If you click on the photos, I’ve added notes about where the designs come from.  A lot of it is sourced from pinterest, most of it’s been modified in some fashion.  All you need is some graph paper and a pencil to become a cross stitch designer!

Of course, if you want to skip over the process of creation entirely, check out my Etsy shop.  I don’t sell patterns but I do sell finished pieces.

Here’s this year’s holiday cross stitches!  They’re all in 3″ hoops so they can be used as ornaments easily!

This year, I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different fonts.  I love a good font.  Often, I start with text, a line from a song or something and go from there, choosing fonts & colors as I go.  I’ve just starting using dyed aida, recently.  It’s been fun to play with and a great excuse to let fonts stand for themselves.

I started cross stitching again in 2017 after a hiatus of decades.  I started with a couple kits but by the end of the year, I was itching to design my own stuff.  I love messing around with graph paper!

My Wall of Cross Stitch has evolved a lot over time!
