D’oh.
I was making good progress on my sleeves until this happened. I have no idea how it happened. I even continued to click it as I worked by it for 3 more rows?!? While I recover from this bit of nonsense, here’s some more knitting news for you!
File this under #SquadGoals. Team Finland finished and presented it’s Olympic knitting project, a blanket for the President’s new baby. It’s a terrific group project. I love the randomness of it. Different sizes, different colors, different textures. Good job Team Finland.
And, a word of caution to those interested in The Black Panther Wrap. I suggest downloading it and saving yourself a copy. I can easily envision it going away.
Disney defends their intellectual property and suffers no fools. I have a feeling we won’t be getting this opportunity again. Be sure to take advantage while we can!
Now, back to the sleeves…I think I can finish this weekend! Happy Friday!
Yikes! I’ve done things like that more than once and just kept knitting. I guess we both just get into a zone:)

I first saw the picture o fthe excaped row counter and wondered where the opening in the loop was- I quite like the idea of a row counter attached with a lobster claw!

During my marathon day of knitting yesterday, I employed for the first time a voice-activated row counter. I’d say “Mark!” and he’d add a tally for me with pen/paper. It was foolproof and kept me from having to move away from my needles even for the briefest of moments. I wonder if there’s an app like that?

I think there is? Siri has got to be able to handle that…Alexa too. They’re eavesdropping all the time so might as well put them to work :)

I tried to use Siri for this the other night, and he just acted clueless.
