As I organized the WIPs this morning, I realized my sweater body had reached completion! Wooohooo!
I measured it against my current favorite sweater…the length is good. I even went a few extra rows before I did the bind off.
It’s gonna be soooooo good and it’s super close now! The sleeves should be a snap…stockinette in the round? Yeah…I got that.
I picked out my next sweater today, too…The Saltwater Bay Cardigan. It’s the latest Knitty Surprise, knit in Lopi! No problems finding that in my stash…
Your sweater looks fantastic!! I love the colors. I can’t wait ( no pressure though) to see it done:)

Urgh, sleeves. They’re so boring, it’s difficult to actually work on them! Have fun, maybe I should knit the body first for motivations!

I excel at boring being a reformed process knitter. I still haven’t gotten the sleeves on the needle though…definitely need to overcome that hurdle first. LOL.

Yay I’ve been waiting for that peacock palette to show up again! Although the current jumper is also gorgeous :)

I’m excited to get started…it’s got patch pockets so I’m going to test my fade out on a combo swatch/pocket!

Now that would make swatching a bit more tempting, if it had another use. Good idea!

I’m hoping it works out! Because this sweater is knit sideways, I need to pay close attention to row gauge. Ugh! I have a feeling I may end up with several extra pockets!
