Due to unforeseen circumstances FO Friday has been canceled.

The Monster actually wanted a nap and a cuddle this morning instead of his usual I’m-wasting-away-to-nothing-right-in-front-of-your-eyes dance.  Totally bizarre but I did not question it, I just slept in.

(the fact that I have no FO had absolutely nothing to do with this decision.  none whatsoever. but in a strange coincidence it turns out 85 rows of garter stitch each 400 sts long takes a long damn time!  fingers crossed my vest will be ready next week!)
